This is an original painting by Erin Holmes. This painting was inspired by the photography and cinematography of Cecilia Blomdahl that highlighted the beauty of her home in Svalbard. It’s painted using acrylic paint and modeling paste with a palette knife on a cotton canvas. Due to the techniques used, the details of this painting have a very visceral texture.
